Two years ago I built a saddle for Wendy who does a lot of trail riding with her husband Harry all over the West. Wendy and Harry ride mules and this time around it was Harry’s turn to order a custom rig for his new mule. This saddle is built on a Dusty Smith saddle tree. It is a 3B with a 10 inch swell, 15″ seat and a 4 1/2″ x 12″ cantle. I really like the way Dusty designed the swell on this tree. Harry is a fireman and wanted roses on the saddle to represent his profession. Thank you Wendy and Harry for the opportunity to build this special saddle. Happy Trails!!
