Heather asked that we incorporate lots of sunflowers on her new saddle. I always enjoy using sunflowers and they seem to be getting pretty popular as saddle flowers of late. We incorporated two different borders on this saddle. She liked and wanted a wide border but it just didn’t fit as something we wanted to use on every piece. This is the first time I had tried this and I think we pulled it off. There are common elements in each border and that in my opinion made it work. Dusty Smith of WYO saddle trees made this 3B tree. I really like the look of this 10″ swell he produced.
